
Concrete Foreman
Job Summary:
As a foreman, you'll be an integral part of our team. A foreman is responsible for leading and supervising a crew of workers on a concrete construction project, overseeing all aspects of the work from planning and scheduling to ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of concrete pouring, forming, and finishing activities, while adhering to blueprints, specifications, and project deadlines; this includes managing manpower, materials, equipment, and coordinating with other trades on the site. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment will contribute to the successful completion of our projects. Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or a related field is required

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

Knowledge of construction tools and equipment

Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team

Excellent communication skills
Duties:

Review blueprints
-
Prepare worksites, set up forms and scaffolding

Operate hand tools and power tools
-
pour and finish concrete
-
Install rebar and mesh reinforcements
-
Hold weekly safety meetings with your crew

Complete daily reports
-
Drive company truck with crew to job site
